廣播電台播放著漁業氣象預報。一首1950年代因基隆誕生的老歌。老人家們訴說著基隆的故事與回憶。崁仔頂夜半忙碌的喧鬧。人們來來去去。看著這城市的興衰，故事仍被說著，便是一種存在的證明，無論我們記得或忘記。
藝術家受邀奠基在基隆的故事與環境創作，並於基隆的一個老房子中呈現。選擇幾個不同角落，使用收音機、大聲公、小型播放器及一般喇叭播放聲音，使用漁民與魚市中的保麗龍箱和漁燈作為視覺元素。試圖建構一個遺留著基隆的聲音、記憶與氣味的空間環境。
